The regular edition of this book was bound in suede with an edition of 67 bound 3/4 leather and printed on Japan Vellum. McKenna states that there was an issue of 50 copies bound 3/4 Levant and printed on Japan Vellum, so this edition of 67 may be a variant not previously noted. This binding is believed to be by Kinder.
