This book measures 8 3/8" x 5 1/4" and has 46 pages. The text body is set in Bruce Roman. 100 copies were printed on Japan Vellum and of those this is #80. McKenna states that the bindings for this edition were 3/4 Levant or suede. The full Levant binding above is not listed in McKenna. I have three examples of full Levant bindings of this book on the site. Suede edition printed on Roycroft Handmade watermarked paper. Although unsigned I believe this is a Kinder binding.
