This book measures 7 3/4" x 5 15/16" and has 62 pages. The text body is set in
Cheltenham with most editions printed on Roycroft watermarked paper. The cover
on the regular edition, which is bound in paper over boards, is designed by Dard
Hunter and printed in seven colors. The 3/4 leather binding depicted above is
not listed in McKenna's Bibliography and is not numbered. The title page in all
editions was also designed by Dard Hunter.
