The book measures 8" x 6" and has 107 pages. The body of the text is set in Caslon. The regular edition was bound in full suede, paper over boards with a suede spine (as seen above), or in an Alicia binding and printed on Roycroft handmade paper. The limited edition of 106 was printed on Japan Vellum and bound in 3/4 tooled leather. Some of the 106 were also bound in full tooled leather according to McKenna.The title page, initials, colophon and running heads were designed by Dard Hunter.
