Both of the books above measure 9 3/4" x 6 1/2" and have 222 pages. This book was bound in limp leather, paper over boards with a cloth spine and paper over boards with a leather spine with gold leaf stamp. The internals of all variants with the exception of the errata page are the same. The book above was an advance release copy presented to Alonzo Dolan by Elbert Hubbard II.
