Both of the books above measure 9 3/4" x 6 1/2" and have 222 pages. This book was bound in limp leather. Other binding variants were paper over boards with a cloth spine and paper over boards with a leather spine with gold leaf stamp. The internals of all variants with the exception of the errata page are the same.
