The book measures 7 3/4" x 5 3/4" and has 16 pages. The body of the text is in Caslon and was printed on French-folded Boxmoor paper in two colors. The unlimited edition shown above is printed on Japan vellum. Interestingly, McKenna states a "few" copies were advertised to have been printed on Japan vellum and bound 3/4 Levant but none of this edition has been found. The standard edition of this book was bound in suede. This book was listed in the 1903 catalog and sold for $10.00
