Boklet courtesy of Roycroft historian Boice Lydell. Pictures and description by Paul Jackson.
Franklin Park
by Elsie Barden Wheeler
This book/booklet measures 9 1/24" x 6 3/8" and has 23 pages. The book was bound in sueded hard card stock covers. This book is not listed in McKenna. This book/booklet is a history and praise of Franklin Park in Boston. As to the Author; the only thing I can find on her is that in 1915 she wrote a book called; "A Message From Birdhaven". This was from an Amazon.com listing. ABE shows nothing on her nor does a Google search. The author seems to have faded into obscurity. Do not mistake this author with Elsie May Wheeler the occultist.
