The Doctor's Duffel Bag

This book measures 8 1/2" x 5 3/4" and has 93 pages. It was bound in paper over boards with a suede spine. The title is stamped in guild on the cover and on a leather inlay on the spine. The print run numbers are not known. This book is dedicated to "The Loyal Members of The American American Women's Hospital Unit #1 France."
