This book measures 9 3/4" x 6 3/4" and has 390 pages plus 44 charts in a pseudo appendix numbered 4 - 47. The book was bound in paper over boards with a suede spine. So where are charts #1 to 3 you ask. They are not missing from the book as in fallen out or removed, they just do not exist for some reason.
