This booklets measure 8" x 6"  with the exception of the small one in the second group which is 5" x 3" The # of pages are as follows. 1st group from left to right 11, 11, and 12 pages respectively. The second group from left to right has  12, 12 and 38 pages. The first 3 variants are all from 1906 with the second 3 variants being 1904, 1904 and 1905/06. The Macy's variant has 38 pages vice 11 to 12 pages for all other variants.
