The Book of Songs

The book measures 7 5/8" x 5 3/4"
and has 116 pages. The body of the text is set in Old Style Antiqua. The limited
edition of 100 depicted above was printed on Japan Vellum and bound in 3/4
leather. Some of the limited edition were bound 3/4 in German marbled calf. The
regular edition was bound in suede and printed in two colors on Boxmoor paper.
There is also an edition that was bound in paper over
boards with a suede spine and printed in two colors on Boxmoor paper which is a
variant not listed in McKenna.
This book in a 3/4 Levant binding printed on Japan vellum was listed in the 1903 catalog and sold for $10.00
