and has 116 pages. The body of the text is set in Old Style Antiqua. The limited
editions of 100 depicted above were printed on Japan Vellum and bound in
3/4 leather. Some of the limited edition were bound 3/4 in German marbled calf.
The regular edition was bound in suede and printed in two colors on Boxmoor
paper.
