The Rights of Tramps

This Arena magazine measures 9" x 6". This is one of if not the first of Elbert Hubbard's published writings. It is entitled The Rights of Tramps and it is a social commentary against the persecution of tramps and migrant workers. All pictures have been enhanced to improve readability.
