The book measures 7 7/8" by 5 and has 91 pages. The body of the text is set in Old Style Antique and printed on Dickinson paper in two colors. The title page colophon and initial tails were designed by Dard Hunter. The regular edition of the book was bound in blind stamped suede. Additional fifty copies were bound repousse in suede and 100 copies were bound in 3/4 Levant with Imperial Japan vellum pages.
